The performance area in Down County Museum was full on Thursday evening to hear an informative talk on the Downpatrick Workhouse by Society President, Dr Finbar McCormick. The lecture was most informative, meticulously researched and enhanced by photographs, building plans, newspaper extracts and statistical data.
